Men in the miners cottageβ¦
Build your cribs
No more play
Before your half-day,
Trade your scrips
Wipe your soot
Heard from the seas
A lone castaway
on his knees
with a fasted gut
He frankly wrote
that he sprang a colony
from his shank in his float
Drag his rivers
Comb his woods
Sift those shores
Wash his grot
He sells
blessed liver
falsehoods
pearls in shells
bones in rot
